We are looking for a passionate Communications Manager in Amsterdam to join our team and embark on our exciting multi-year journey to support and lead the movement for a more purposed economy.
In this role, you will work closely with our Founder and our Business Development, Client Success and Content teams. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and handling our B2B communications programs internally and externally. A big and important part of this will be writing copy related to our SaaS products and audience across our three main services.
We want to quickly grow the business now that we have a number of exciting new services in place, and you will be one of the key drivers behind that growth.

Your responsibilities in this role
Owning the development and execution of our internal and external communications programs, with a strong focus on our SaaS products, website and B2B audience
Supervising a small team of junior marketeers
Managing our communications channels (Slack, website, social media, newsletters)
Collaborating closely with our founder and other stakeholders on global, exciting growth strategies
Advising other teams on the most effective communications strategy
The ideal candidate
You are an enthusiastic and energetic professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications and marketing, and/or PR, preferably in an agency, B2B environment or fast-paced SaaS company
You feel and act purposed: caring deeply about sustainability, equality, well-being and transforming businesses into a force for good
You have a beyond-solid command of the English language, both spoken and written, as well as excellent interpersonal, project management and marketing skills
You have experience in HubSpot CRM (this will be an immediate advantage)
You are detail-oriented
You perform best in a cosmopolitan, driven, entrepreneurial yet casual environment
