Your opportunity at TrendWatching
We are looking for a passionate, purposed and ambitious Client Success Account Manager in Rotterdam or Amsterdam to join our team and embark on our exciting journey with us to support and lead the movement to a more purposed economy.
In this position, your main goal will be understanding and serving our clients while working together with the rest of the CS team to organize and manage our client database (with over 20,000 clients). You will work within our Client Success team and cross-functionally with other departments. This will include participating and contributing to strategic-level discussions on how to build and manage client relationships. In addition, you will participate in discussions on how to categorize our existing client database while making room for new client acquisitions. You will also be involved in other internal administrative projects that will improve your account and project management skills.

Your responsibilities in this role
Building and managing client relationships. You will have a portfolio of global clients that you completely own, manage and report on
Working closely with the greater Client Success team to understand our client base and how to support them directly and indirectly through our platform and custom services
Becoming well versed in our platform functionality and additional client services, so you can guide clients towards tools that meet their needs
Working closely with the Business Development on how new leads and clients can be managed and incorporated into the existing database
Working on interdepartmental projects with the Content, Product and Marketing team as necessary
Constantly thinking together with the CS Team on how to refine and iterate our existing processes to make them work most effectively for us
We work primarily in HubSpot, so any familiarity or exposure to this or other CRM platforms will be beneficial
The ideal candidate
You are an enthusiastic and energetic professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, business development and managing B2B client relationships
You understand the internal dynamics and workflows of businesses ranging from start-ups to large corporations and can use this knowledge to best serve our current and future clients
You have excellent communication, consulting and business skills, as well as a beyond-solid command of the English language, both spoken and written
You have solid time and project management skills, including ability to prioritise tasks
If you have experience in HubSpot CRM (this will be an immediate advantage), so please mention this in your cover letter
You feel and act purposed: caring deeply about sustainability, equality, well-being and transforming businesses into a force for good
You are a naturally curious person, and enjoy learning new things and understanding the world around you
You are comfortable working with a lean team and resources, in a flexible environment
